Its hot as hell in Vegas and AZ. with record temperatures exceeding 120 degrees, and i am sure other parts of the country as well…so stay hydrated, drink plenty of water, limit yourself outside if you are in dry climates over 100 degrees and wear your sunscreen. Lets make this summer a healthy one for the mind and body.
